This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath fully furnished beach front condo located on Sandy Beach at the Princesa de Penasco in Rocky Point, Mexico.

The 2 Bedroom Condo sleeps 6 as there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All sleeping amenities are furnished. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

Living Room: There is a large sofa bed and matching chair, 42" flat screen TV, and a stereo system for your listening pleasure and/or plug in your iPod to hear your favorite tunes.

Dining Room: The marble dining room table sits four and has two matching bar stools which adds two more place.

Bathrooms: soap and bathing towels are furnished. There is a built in hair dryer in the master bathroom. Please bring your own beach towels and personal items such as shampoo/cream rinse, toothpaste/toothbrush, etc.

Kitchen: Appliances include refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and blender are there for your needs. Most all cooking utensils and pots/pans are furnished along with dishes, glasses and silverware. Purified bottled water is provided for your convenience.

If you intend to do cooking bring your favorite foods and enjoy all the facilities. Dishwasher is provided but you will need to bring your own dish soap and dish cloth.

Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer with a laundry tub are there if you choose to do any laundry. You will need to provide your laundry detergent and fabric softener.

The balcony is a great place to sit back on the comfortable patio furniture after a long day of sun bathing and swimming.
